MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION GUIDELINES
  • The manuscript must be prepared in IEEE format using MS Word or a latex template.
  • Download the manuscript template from here (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
  • Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words.
  • The maximum length is six (6) pages, including figures, tables, and references. Extra pages may incur additional charges. However, authors can extend a maximum of 2 pages with an overlength page charge of Rs. 500/- per page for Indian participants and 25 USD for international participants.
  • The figures, graphs, etc. should be of good resolution and must be clear and readable. Text in the figures should be properly visible.
  • All figures and tables should be placed as close as possible to where they are cited in the text.
  • Tables should not be placed as pictures in the manuscript.
  • All figures and tables should be properly numbered.
  • All references must be prepared according to IEEE reference style. Inclusion of doi is must (if available).
  • All references should be properly cited in the text wherever required.
  • We discourage self-citations. If the manuscript contains self-citation, it should be directly related to the content of the chapter.
Policy on Plagiarism
  • All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with high similarity scores will be automatically rejected.
  • The content similarity should not exceed 15%.
  • In an article, any type of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others' work(s) should be avoided.
  • Papers found to be plagiarized or completely generated through AI during any stage of review shall be rejected.
The manuscript will be desk-rejected if does not follow the guidelines and plagiarism policy.
